From smaller closets and pantries to the larger ones, we can create an organized solution to your storage chaos.
Once scheduled with Florida Repair Pros, we will come to your home to begin the estimating process. We will use technology to capture, measurements, 3D/2D scan of the area of interest, inner wall/stud scan, pictures. We will talk with you about the design that you have in mind and what your major goal for this storage is. Once completed we will take this information back to our office where we will build you detailed estimate, including a layout plan, and drawings of the design. You will always know what you are paying for upfront with Florida Repair Pros.
Whether we order from our vendor, or (BiS) Build In Space option, this is the process after a customer approves their estimate. This process will consist of our professionals using the collected information during the estimate process to order or manufacture the products that we will need to install your custom storage solution for your pantry, laundry room, closet, or entryway. The (BiS) build in space option skips the ordering and manufacturing process, this option is built onsite daily until finished, using premium products & materials. This option costs more but can be finished to any desire the customer has in mind. The ordering/manufacturing cannot be altered in any way once agreed upon and manufacturing has started, or ordering has been achieved.
The install or BiS process. One of the best processes because you know that your storage solution is starting, we urge customers to plan how they want to organize their stuff based off of the design they originally approved. Option one is the ordering or manufacturing installation process. All the material will be shipped to the home in multiple boxes, the finish kits are normally sent to our office. Once received we will schedule a start date to start installing your custom storage solution. This installation can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the size. The BiS option, is unique in its own fashion. BiS still gets a design, and still gets installed however the installers are using all carpentry methods, to create and build each section, draw, and door of the storage solution onsite. This process depending on the size is generally a 2-week minimum and can stretch to 1 month based off of size, materials, and desired finish.
